Colleagues were very friendly and inclusive. Management were also very friendly. There was no micro management, as long as you got what you needed to get done done they were happy. My manager in particular was very attentive and supportive, especially with concerns over workloads.
Other pros:
On-site parking (but you must pay for it)
Amazing shower and bathroom facilities for staff
Gives you experience working with a diverse team from around the globe

Pay wasn't as great as other companies but it was one of the few places that would take an information developer with little to no experience and train them up

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is.
The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving.
If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
