Toxic Environment, most of the middle management and top management are lack of competent and up to date skillset. Top management creates a toxic environment and those middle management shifts most of their responsibilities to lowers level staff, just to find someone to blame when top management gets emotional, which happens all the time. CFO totally incapable of his role. He knows nothing about finances and accounting. Totally show no respect to employees. No career development here, less than market average salary review.
