Long hours - long weekends. Company lacks proper technology (hired me saying SAP was being implemented but forgot to mention it was 2-3 years out). Needless to say the end of the months are draining. Also do not take a job here if you would like to see your family because the plants have now gone to 24 hours so the work has doubled and during auditing season you are glued to your desk chair.
