The daily working atmosphere is comfortable and relatively low-key, especially given the nature of the work. 3. Management is sincerely interested in the success of the team and of individuals 4. This is agency work, so JR is not as stable an environment as some "in-house" creative studios. Management, while well-meaning, definitely struggles to be relevant and competitive in a highly-volatile market.
