      Exceptionally negative employment expeeience. Very poor communication from management, excessive hoyrs expected small minded managers that prevented growth and poor treatment of staff

      work/life balance is great...flexibility is second to none

      No employee recognition or trust in employees, leadership is non-communicative and not focused, mission is unclear and implementation on the ground is weak. Overall staff aren't happy, but stay because of the salaries and flexibility...but do the minimum.
