What an amazing company to be associated with! The way they take care of and treat their customers is absolutely first class! This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of its employees, and their families. The support they show for the community is simply amazing! The appreciation the company shows Veterans cannot be expressed in words. In the three and a half years I have been associated with Jon Wayne, I cannot count the number of times I have gone home to tell my wife how Jon Wayne has bent over backwards to help a customer, an employee, or member of the community. We are ever evolving to have the latest technology, equipment and training available to the industry. The people that work here are very much a team, always willing to lend a hand/provide assistance whenever necessary. Benefits and pay is equal to or higher than any service company in San Antonio. Jon Wayne has an in-house academy and provides training weekly to employees, always striving to share information up, down and laterally across the company. If the position warrants, a vehicle is provided and uniforms/cleaning service is provided and encouraged to be used. Summers are long and hot…we live in San Antonio. When it is baseball season, we play baseball and are compensated for additional hours we work. I have never been denied time off or have I ever felt “in fear of losing my job.” If you have some very basic values and strong work ethics you cannot fail with this company! If you have your own agenda and are more concerned with yourself than our customers or if you lie, cheat or steal you will be escorted out the door. I do not see that as a negative.
