We strive to give each staff member a positive experience during their time at Jonar so it saddens us to hear this may not have been the case for you. Our goal is always for each new staff member to feel included and part of the overall Jonar team. But, over the past year+ of working remotely, we have faced new challenges to maintain these values of inclusion, respect and team cohesiveness. This is not an excuse so we will take your feedback and try to do better. We will continue to work hard every day to identify and address these challenges.
