      The best thing about Jonar are the people. We work hard, we have each other's back, and we manage to include lots of laughter. You always feel appreciated, and are not afraid to ask for help. The staff is knowledgeable, and the management is supportive. I am retired now, but I will always remember my time, and cherish my memories.

      I worked in customer service most of the time. Sometimes customers can be demanding. There were some stressful days.

      Good place to start off your career to dip your toes in the professional world. Management does try to focus on your personal development and listens to what you are trying to improve.

      1. The environment is very cliquey, and you can definitely feel excluded from certain groups at times / get the cold shoulder from certain people. 2. It also is an extremely casual environment, and while there are some benefits to this, it's important to remember that this is a workplace and some of the interactions can be perceived as inappropriate. 3. As a business analyst, the majority of your work is essentially customer service.

We strive to give each staff member a positive experience during their time at Jonar so it saddens us to hear this may not have been the case for you. Our goal is always for each new staff member to feel included and part of the overall Jonar team. But, over the past year+ of working remotely, we have faced new challenges to maintain these values of inclusion, respect and team cohesiveness.
