Your Manager will act like they are working for your benefits but they’re not. -Your efforts will remain unnoticed. -Uses outdated technologies. -System will full of bugs. -0/10 on work life balance. -One big disadvantage for client is- Sales team promises lucrative features about company’s software which never exists. -Not competitive pay -No coordination between teams. -No future growth (personally & professionally) -Company software requires time and efforts to understand, they have no documents or materials, no training guide for a new joiner.
