Management offers critical feedback without being constructive, leaving employees feeling disrespected and undervalued. Leadership is disengaged from employees on a personal level, maintaining surface-level interactions as if preparing to fire people, which further diminishes trust and connection. Requests for clarity or direction are often met with vague, political responses that don’t provide real answers.
