Do not believe anything Jonas Company tells you. From Executive Management to HR. They all give lip service and will tell you what you want to hear. They are all about money and will cut you loose with no sensitivity. They are not about their people. Take the time to read the reviews on Jonas and MSI.

It is a larger shell of companies, so the benefits are better than most I have had and still remain cost effective for a single person. My position and company within Jonas is fully remote, My coworkers are the highlight of my day.

The companies are super focused on using AI, but then they are so locked down in some of the minor companies that it's not worth it. Because there are so many companies that make up Jonas as a whole, there is always massive communication errors or lack of information from the top down. By time we get the first message from our managers, there are whole new sets of instructions. Pay increases are never scaled from your performance and barely cover any of the cost of living changes. You may get a bonus but that depends on a number that corporate calculates.
