The company is extremely disorganized, with a lack of leadership, unclear instructions, and no well-defined objectives. There is little trust in employees, and managerial support is minimal to nonexistent. Additionally, several agreements discussed before starting the role were changed after employment began. Verbal agreements are not honored, so anything not written should not be relied upon.
