Beautiful location, nested in the Mission Valley Mountains. The majority of employees have great attitudes. Great feeling knowing that we are still manufacturing products here in the U.S. Great benefits and flexible schedules available.

Difficulty getting good coworkers, as the demographic limits access to qualified individuals. Pay is fair, however, better incentive packages would be beneficial.

Good cafeteria food, vending machines all throughout facility, free coffee, can be stress-free with hard work. Plenty of parking, family picnics, holiday parties.

Cafeteria food is expensive. You have no choice in scheduling. Some, if not half the parking lot was in pretty rough shape.
