Management is pushy, new ceo as of two years ago and company has gone downhill! No more sales meetings, as they tell you they are budgeting but tend to spend money on other lucrative things and send other people to lucrative events and such. Horrible management, no support from the company, and they want you to push sales which is unrealistic during a time right where people are trying to save money
