I am especially glad you’ve felt the benefit of our training and development approach which we have worked very hard on over recent years. Its also great hear that employee ownership model resonates with you. Creating an environment where everyone feels invested and heard is something, as you know, we care deeply about.
I don’t think I have worked anywhere where the pace is as fast, and the expectations/standards are so high. Recruitment isn’t for the faint-hearted and we shoot for the stars! But we know that to do great work, people need balance too. That’s why we’re always looking at how we can better support work-life balance, whether that’s through smarter systems, flexible working, or just making sure we check in regularly with each other. Please keep communication open and let your manager know if it ever starts to feel like too much.
