The company keeps their word when you ask for things to get done. The coordinators are amazing at keeping track of things such as the things you need done. The company is a great starting place to get your foot in the door if you are willing to work hard. You work with them and they work with you.

The visa process I can understand but it is a con when the company waits for you to land here before they start the process. You better bring your actual degree like I did to help speed up the process of the Certificate of Eligability. The company waits until you set foot in Japan becuase most people get cold feet and not shows up. Its unfortunate but it does happen. I just wish the company would have told myself and my husband this would happen so we would have been better prepared such as accessing more funds to provide ourselves with at least 90 days of international talk,text, and data (which is extremely expensive). The company will keep their word on things but with how quickly depends on the time of year. They are really understaffed in some departments so patience is key The coordinators are over flowing with so much work to do I almost feel really bad asking them even though they always say its okay. More amazing multilingual coordinators may be the next big step besides HR and other departments needing people. The company has maybe a max of a 3-5 year outlook and that's if you want to stay with a company long enough for good looks on your resume otherwise going to a more secure company may be in order for you. This is a very hard company to understand because of the lack of communication so be willing to be patient and relaxed if something goes wrong or doesn't go as planned. Having an open mind and being flexible is the only way to survive the first few months.
