The boss is quite friendly Relationship among colleagues is ok

No benefit other than basic. No OT for engineer but required to OT Need to stand by for weekend (depends on project) but no OT.

This company absolutely has zero pros. Please refrain from joining this company(all 3 stars and above are either from internal rats or boss himself).

1) A breeding place for cockroaches , can be seen everywhere. The worst is dead cockroaches at water refill station. 2) If you come from big company, best not to join this company. Very messy and no direction. 3) Local Singapore company but the culture is like Japanese. 4) Every Monday morning, will have 2 compulsory meeting project status (involve everyone) follow by design meeting. 5) A lazy boss who doesn't even care about projects status(never give idea or solutions) ,hardly walk in productions, only care about Payments. 6) Majority of Monday meeting, boss will said I have no money. 6) Current staff mentioned, some year don't have increment. Max annual increment is SGD 100, VB max payout 1 month. 7) Account and HR are the same person, very disorganized and always insult people. 8) Boss always have many enquiries and doesn't do costing himself, the danger part is take a project without having a budget and idea on it. 9) Good at copying other people product, can't come out with own idea. 10) Sensors installed in machine are bought from CHINA website TAO BAO but charged same price as global brand such as SICK or Keyence. 11) Each time you go and find boss in his room, most of the time he is just day dreaming or watching CCTV. 12) Full of toxic people.
