I believe Julep is quickly running out of money. That is the only way to rationalize their thought process and decision making which is terrible. What is a great new idea on Monday is approved and funded by Tuesday only to see the funding pulled by Wednesday. The very next week the same idea is approved on Monday and the cycle repeats. Definition of insanity.
