JuliaHub had a genuinely good work culture. The team was talented, collaborative, and passionate about what they were building. The company scaled significantly at one point and there was real energy and momentum.

The company laid off roughly 10% of the workforce — including high performers with strong track records. It's difficult to trust leadership when top contributors are let go while the company pursues external capital. This felt like a financial management failure rather than a performance issue.
