As a fresher forget about learning they had a product and you need to manage the product by releasing new patches to the product.This doesn't help you for your career They will recruit you as a contractor and will extend contract for every three months.You will die of fear of your employment extension and fine day after a year or so you will be permanent with some hike but of no use you wont learn anything technically
