Everyone is very professional and excellent at what they do. I have over 20 years of software development experience and I currently feel like I'm the least knowledgable which is somewhere I haven't been in a long time. It's a good thing, to be able to learn from your colleagues. Management wise, they've really bent over backwards to help me out with some heavy personal.

If I had to pick something, I guess I'd say that it's growing extremely fast and can be kind of crazy. This is also a good thing in the long run, though.

It's an early stage start up so there is ambiguity and you need to be able to find your own answers, but it is expected at this stage and leadership make a point of addressing people's feedback and making improvements every day
