Family owned business where one has no recourse for the toxic and rampant harassment that I endured from the top down. My position was "restructured" and I, like others was told I did a good job and would have a stellar reference, but I have yet to get employment in apparel. I've been forced to get a degree in another field because I cannot get work in the garment dist.
