Innovative environment: I love being able to challenge the status quo not only when it comes to the product we’re building but also in how we approach our work. I get to take risks, try out new processes and tools, and am encouraged to provide my POV on a regular basis. It’s been really rewarding to have such a direct impact on the product and company! Transparency and clear goals: I’m really impressed by the amount of structure and process there is for an early stage startup. We move quickly and are agile in our processes but we also have very clear company goals and transparency about our progress towards those goals. Updates are shared weekly and team members are encouraged to provide feedback A great leadership team: Can’t say enough good things about the leaders at the company! They are experienced, incredible at what they do, and most importantly are kind, friendly, fun people. That actually goes for the whole team - such a great group of people to work with! Pay equity & transparency: Everyone at the same level within a function (engineering, biz) is paid the same. First company I’ve ever worked at that’s been so transparent about compensation!

No 401K employer match - We have a 401K but unfortunately no employer matching. I guess it’s to be expected at such an early stage company but still would love to see that added to the benefits in the future.
