A lot of talented people under the same roof from the best universities in the world. You got a lot new things to learn with an extremely good salary. Company takes care of all your worries, to keep you happy and focused on work.

      I could not find any cons yet. The only thing that can bother you is a little more hours of work, which is common among all HFT firms.
