Upper leadership does not care about it's employees as human beings. Employees are a means to an end at JumpCrew and it shows. Just look at the retention rate of employees. Even if you hit your KPIs and quota 100%, management will look for other areas where you failed in order to not pay out the full amount. You are never remembered for your strengths or successes, just your failures and the areas you need to improve. They claim their chaos and dysfunction is because "start-up life" but it's really because they cannot hold onto anyone in management long enough to make a lasting impact. The lack of respect at JumpCrew for anyone lower than Director is astounding. I wish everyone at JumpCrew immense success, and I hope things can be better for all. Grateful for the experience and where it has led me, but do not recommend a career at JumpCrew.
