      Thanks for your message and we are sorry that you were affected by our workforce reduction. This was an incredibly difficult situation and there is never a good way to do something like this, but we did try our best to make it as good as we could - both for those leaving and those staying.       Toxic leadership and constant changes without warning. High personnel turnover and a false image of being tolerant to differing opinions. Somwhat low on gender diversity. Low bonding between departments drives unnecessary conflicts.
