JLG is a good fit for someone who understands the ups and downs of sales. The role is generally a standard 40-hour schedule. The people are one of the better parts of the job. People who work hard and are able to handle the sales process can do well here. There have also been some recent management changes that, from my perspective, seem to be a positive step. The culture is upbeat overall, and the coworkers are supportive and easy to work with. The free snacks and drinks are also nice.
Svantaggi
Some days are more difficult than others depending on call volume, customer conversations, and how much rejection you run into. Probably the same with most sales jobs.
