They are not interested in training people. The Melbourne office is filled by bunch of 50 year old white men, who love doing things their own way. Some people have been with the company for 20+ years. Doing the same old sh*t The company often goes through restructuring and they target people who are new. Never want to work in this company again. Racism exists, white privileges are very evident.
