One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Jupiter is the ability to work on projects that are tangible and impactful for grid reliability and energy infrastructure. Employees are often trusted to manage significant scopes of work and contribute directly to company goals. The pace can be fast but it also creates strong learning opportunities and broad experience.

Like many high-growth companies, priorities can shift quickly and workloads can be intense at times. Processes and systems are still evolving as the company scales but there is clear effort from leadership to refine processes and support long-term growth.

Working at Jupiter Power has been an incredibly rewarding experience – it’s by far the best job I’ve ever had. Management is highly supportive, and I’m constantly impressed by the intelligence and dedication of my colleagues. While working cross-functionally can be challenging, the team’s collaborative spirit makes it manageable and even enjoyable, helping us consistently meet our goals. Leadership provides a clear and inspiring vision for the company, one that emphasizes making a positive impact on the world through clean energy initiatives. Additionally, the compensation is very competitive, which only adds to the job's many positives. My manager, in particular, stands out for her genuine support of my professional growth, showing a true investment in me not only as an employee but as a person. I couldn’t be happier to be part of this team.

The only challenge I’ve encountered is that, at times, the thorough process and approvals needed for projects can slow things down. However, I can appreciate that these checks ultimately support our commitment to high standards and alignment across teams.
