Clueless management , multiple changes in direction. Double digit churn. No market fit after 4.5 years. No real understanding of customer base or product direction. No commitment to staff with multiplayer layoff rounds this year. Signed a new HQ and organised a mid-year sales ‘Homecoming’ then riffed 50% of the company.

I really enjoyed my time at JupiterOne. It was one of those environments where you genuinely felt trusted to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and create things that could actually make an impact. I always felt like leadership was open to feedback and willing to support new ideas, which made it easy to get buy-in and move things forward. The culture was honestly one of my favorite parts. Everyone was supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with. There were a lot of people who cared about the work but also cared about each other. Overall, I’m really grateful for my experience there and everything I was able to learn and contribute during my time with the company.
