Happy-hours are great to learn and unite people, with technical presentations from internal and invited people, following by a band, videogames and snacks/drinks. The work the company do is also highly rewarding, because it has high impact on the life/work many Brazilians.

What used to be bad was the salary, that wasn't competitive comparing with others markets(Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), but it's improving fastly since last year.
