Not many in the long run unfortunately. They wanted to put their heart and soul into things but they were always badly mismanaged projects.

Svantaggi

Long hours. People getting fired before two years were up. Strange choices made from up top. Bullying of people in the workplace. Tense and toxic atmosphere.

No overtime Great projects Growing company Great team I joined just add water development (JAW) 9 months ago (May 2022). There has been a big push to essentially start from scratch with a JAW 2.0 as they call it. I've not seen any of the negatives from the previous reviews, company culture is great, loads of socials & meet ups, friendly people, big projects on the go.
