JustData was wonderful to work for. Jairus struck a great balance of being patient while I was learning on the job, as well as maintaining high standards and helping us rise to the occasion.

If there was a downside, I would say it was that the company didn't have much hiring capacity. I would have liked to continue working for JustData after the intership. However, the internship did help me find other employment.

Egalitarian: The owner runs the shop in a highly egalitarian manner. This means your boss is flexible, friendly, and you can trust him to be on your team when it counts.

Not professional: When I worked here, I was the one in charge of professionalizing the place. Sadly, upper management didn't work with me or even against me to achieve my goals (and thus do my job). If you like corporate work or professional work environments, this is not for you.
