Vantaggi
You get some money in exchange for your tears.
Svantaggi
Constantly changing goals but nobody knows what the goals are. No team work, no real leadership. Those in leadership change the company approach every few months hoping this is the new change that will be the magic pill with KPI metrics set on the moon at this point. Owned by a private equity so its as cut throat as you would think and with a CEO that has as much people skill as a door post. Instead of hiring replacements when people leave, they assign more work to the people left behind to save money and then complain when the work is not done. Management have not a thought or care about the people who work for this company and contribute literal blood, sweat and tears for minimal pay. Multiple people with burn outs and breakdowns over the workload. For a company over 100 years old, its amateur hour. They have no idea what they are doing and you should avoid at all costs. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
