Flexibility in regards to mobile office, travelling, interested work and clients

Top management completely out of touch yet still insisting on making all decisions. Pay raises reserved for friends and those who stay in the same job for decades. Everyone is burning out but there is no support and teams are told they just have to manage. Taking on new clients when the existing ones are already suffering and without having the resources to fulfill contractual obligations. A place where creativity and motivation doesn’t last.
