KWMC has no negatives that I have experienced.

- diverse environment with people highly dedicated to the organisation's mission - friendly co-workers

- slightly disorganised and slow paced - things could run a lot more smoothly, things often seem a bit chaotic; there need to be better structured processes in place - need for more tech oriented staff and processes - lack of career growth options/clarity
