      Normally, majority of the people I have worked so far in K2 has been very supportive and I enjoy the fact that I am accountable to my own growth. I have worked for other companies in the past wherein people have slow growth and can stay several years without their position description being changed but in K2, I find it is the opposite. If you show them what you can do, you can own whatever you have built as the pioneer. It is a good place who like to grow and build. I find my role to be so fulfilling so far and I am glad that I joined. Looking forward to many more projects :)

      You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

      Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
