Won't understand personal circumstances or assist in Injuries caused from work. - Will be fed rubbish to make you stay regarding progression. Then when you ask for it, no budget or your team is stripped down to the bare minimum. - They won't recruit until the team is massively struggling for months as they only look at your Chargeability but won't understand Non Charge can drain staff.
