This is fraud and scam company. They just offer the candidate and when he resigns from his current company they revoke the offer letter illegally without any discussion. Better to be aware. They are very unprofessional and doesn't have any professional work policies. I have a full right to go legally as per Indian employment laws but doing a favor to them. For your information: In legal terms, when a company extends an offer letter to a candidate, it is considered as a contractual agreement and if a company offers a position and then decides to withdraw the offer, then candidate have a full right to take legal actions for breach of contract or detrimental reliance. I HAVE FORGIVEN THEM FOR THERE UNPROFESSIONALISM.
