(Most employees make their money through overtime even though there are no work needed overtime ). Prospective candidates are strongly advised to explore alternative employment opportunities.

Furthermore, management practices, specifically those attributed to a divisions identified as "SAM," are characterized by a high degree of micromanagement and the expression of disparaging remarks concerning Gen Z and also talks alot about politics in office. The organization demonstrates a lack of transparency regarding overtime compensation, rendering it difficult to obtain. Personal development opportunities are notably absent.
