This company is founded by people who want to give an opportunity to individuals who would like an option to working in big corporate environments. Better comp programs for commissioned sales people than the large corporate companies and an opportunity for advancement.

Haven't seen any so far

The sales team goes the extra mile to insure that clients/customers are provided with the best office technology industry products and services. The service team is excellent as well.

The management team tends to not follow up with requests on prices for the sales team to complete needed price quotes. Also issues with staff at the corporate office not answering the phones for customers with service requests.
