      Useless HR with poor management skills. It;s waste of time if you try to ask them for something. Poor policies for employees. No TA and DA or benefits of extensive travel. Increment is not competitive in industry

      KBC is a very cohesive culture focused on excellence. The flat structure creates an empowering environment. Compensation is at market, but the value the work inputs to a career portfolio is priceless. Lots of opportunity is available for those that wish to pursue growth.

      Workload can have peak times that get stressful like many jobs. Rewarding could be more consistent.
