      They'll hire you with minimal experience, promise training that you'll never get.

      Worked there just under 4 years. Was hired under the promise i would be trained for the position. Never received any training, then eventually they stuck me in a mindless repetitive position on a failing contract. I asked multiple times to be given more, to try to move to a different position and was denied. I filed multiple sexual harassment claims against my supervisor, which were all swept under the rug because he brings the Company so much money. They make big claims of being "a family". This is a huge company, you will just be a number to them. They will expect you to be available 24 hours 7 days a week.

      No automatic/across the board annual cost of living pay adjustments, only 5.3 hours total of PTO (with milestone increases for incumbents) each pay period (no separate sick, personal, annual, vacation, etc.), only 9 paid holidays with one floating holiday, no official employee evaluations or measured expectations, many employment pros and cons are dependent on supervisor on the contract - not corporate.

      The company is in constant organizational flux. They bought LinQuest a year ago and are already spinning the entirety of what was LinQuest off into another company. PTO accrual increase is in 10-year increments.
