Toxic leadership style by majority of senior level people. Most don’t care to learn your name even after several years of putting their materials together and grinding on their deals over weekends and 90+ Hour weeks. Comp is way below street and bonuses are also below expectations despite “record” dealflow. Lack of honest and insightful reviews for the development of juniors and bonuses are paid out blindly despite individual commitment levels and performance being drastically difference across groups and even within groups. Working here discourages growth and development and unfortunately most of talent leaves early on.
