- do not have a family issue here. Better yet, do not have a family. Period. They will not be taken into consideration. The expectation is that you will be at your managers beck and call. Step outside of that you will be punished, marginalized and gaslit - while we’re on the subject of management. There isn’t any. The only thing the director positions here are doing is covering their own poor work with excuses - our engineering department are having to deal with union busting tactics from management all the way up to the corporate level, but with special zeal from middle management - if you work on the news side you’ll be expected to work for nothing for at LEAST two years - if you value your integrity it WILL be tested here. You will be lied to. You will be kept in the dark purposefully to keep you off-balance and confused. - Your expectations for communication at this place of work should be “none” - the employee turnover rate within the last two years has been incredibly high.
