KDK software pvt ltd based in Jaipur is the worst company to work at. Manager haras women employee, supress them and contact them after office hours. Company let go of employees without any prior notice or because of poor performance and without putting in PIP program. No adherence to POSH policy or any such law. Totally recommend to not to work for this company and not to entertain any employment calls from this company.

I would not recommend this organization based on my experience. Salary payments were often delayed, which created ongoing financial stress. In my view, the management and ownership, including Kapil and Hareesh, demonstrated unprofessional behavior in how employees were treated and spoken to. There was consistent pressure to work overtime without compensation. Employees who refused were at risk of being treated unfairly or even terminated. Work hours were excessive—I personally worked shifts of up to 15 hours multiple times. Employees were also restricted from leaving the office after their shift until management permitted it. Basic facilities are inadequate. There is no proper eating space, forcing employees to go outside to nearby areas. Washroom conditions are poor and below acceptable workplace standards. Overall, the organization shows serious gaps in employee welfare, workplace ethics, and management practices.
