-Lay offs no notice, no severance package nothing at all you will suffer after that. -People are getting fired left and right -People are resigning left and right -Working there right now is working under fear, you walk into the office not knowing if it is your last day. - I have personally watched excellent coworkers laid off & resign for no reasons & political culture and I was fearful too & they did same to me. -Salary worst no raise in couple of years,PTO worst as well -They use me for there need & change to 3 different department. Please save your time & effort while working for this company.
