Based on my time spent with many colleagues in different departments, I became hyper aware that the issues I experienced were rampant amongst the organization:
- Lack of constructive leadership
- Dismissive behavior
- Mismanagement of priorities and communication
- Leadership does not hold the same standard of accountability as they do their subordinates
- Salary
Examples include:
- Not providing staff with adequate resources to effectively do their jobs with demanded timely high quality
- Not providing proper guidance because they themselves are unsure of what to do to rectify an issue nor do they understand tasks at hand
