• Great place to learn and improve, if you want. • Exposure to large projects. • Salary on time. • The best architectural practice you can work for as long you have the determination and the following right attitude However You should be prepared ,and 1- Willing to learn and improve, also you should not have reluctant personality or blame somebody attitude. 2- Willing to do what you can do , don’t try to do something you can't , if you can’t perform properly or complete a task be sincere and ask for help , your actions lead to results ...don’t put others on the corner . 3- Open minded , you signed a contract , you accepted the conditions , some of your colleagues will get a better deal for different reasons , don’t compare ,it will take a long time to get a raise if you don’t improve. 4- Have good relationship with everyone, don’t participate in the gossiping community they only will let you feel bad, KEO is not a perfect company, and employees are not perfect too. 5- Accept that in every company you will work for some hard to talk to managers, there will be only talk or delegation of responsibilities, others will take the credit...this is the nature of the business don’t start feeling as a victim, here is the catch here - love it or leave it - And sincerely ...the most helpful HR personal I meet , in my tenure years with KEO they never let me down , regardless what others bla bla about the HR Dept. ..,just try to be in their place and deal with different employees from different backgrounds ( with a pack of personal problems and agendas) ...and you expect that they should resolve it for you ...hey there is limits for what they can do you . Note: I was on the PM/CM .Dept. not on the HR.

Promotions are not linked to salary raise . Talented Mid Level, Junior Staff are left without a Mentor and Support ...as a result they are not happy on their work , they find a better chance and leave the Company . Complains about Favouritism based on from where you came from and who brought you in.... a lot
