have been working with Key Difference as a Project Coordinator for almost a year now, and it has been absolutely great. I joined here as a fresher, just out of college, and initially I did not know how to manage people. Things changed so fast! With young but highly skilled management and HR teams, the work atmosphere is both energetic and productive. I had trouble understanding the operations in the beginning, but I was hand-held through all the processes and was made proficient by sheer effort of my supervisors. My colleagues, especially my Senior Manager, were patient enough to help me. Now, I lead my team during Monday Meetings! The management makes it a point to discuss all its policies with everyone.
